Although the prompt asks you to purchase Ripplr+ again, if you enter in your password it will prompt you again with:

“You have already purchased this item, would you like to download it again?”

The purchase is logged as part of your Apple ID and thus you need to use the same Apple ID login that you did with your previous generation iPad.

We are adding a function to retrieve these purchases more obviously though.
